• $286M raised through private donations.  

Financing

• $70M line of credit through the Bank of North Dakota, authorized by the state legislature and governor, to be repaid at prevailing interest rates.  TRPLF has utilized 0% of the available funding.

Endowment

• The state of North Dakota has provided $50M in an operating endowment with a maximum yearly draw of 4%.  These funds cannot be used towards the building construction.

Project Construction Costs ($400M)

• $276M in building construction, land acquisition, design, and contingency
• $61M in exhibit development and fabrication
• $63M for archives digitization and operations 

Proposed Legislation

• $50M proposed federal legislation to provide support for construction and housing of loaned government-owned TR artifacts (pending congressional approval)
